The Western Balkans in the EU
Ljubljana, 19. - 20. april 2024
The two-day conference (April 19th and 20th) will fully focus on four discussion topics concerning the political and security situation in the Western Balkans and its EU approximation. The conference is organized to facilitate vibrant discussions among 30 distinguished speakers from the region's countries, Croatia, Slovenia, EU member states, Turkey, the United Kingdom, and the USA, exchanging their views, opinions, and proposals regarding the complex yet essential process of integrating Western Balkan countries into the EU.
Dvodnevna konferenca (19. in 20. aprila), se bo v 4 temah za razpravo v celoti osredotočila na politične in varnostne razmere na Zahodnem Balkanu in njegovem približevanju EU. Konferenca je organizirana tako, da bo 30 uglednih govornikov iz držav regije, Hrvaške, Slovenije, držav EU, Turčije, Združenega kraljestva in ZDA v živahnih razpravah izmenjalo svoje poglede, mnenja in predloge v zvezi z zapletenim, a nujnim procesom vključitve držav Zahodnega Balkana v EU.
